A Letter of Non-Impediment, or Certificate of Marital Status. Must be translated and legalized or apostille stamped.

 

- Documentation of Previous Marriage

Proof that your previous marriage ended by divorce, death, or annulment. Must be translated and legalized or apostille stamped.

 

- Birth Certificates for Dependents

To show you have one or more common children. Must be translated and legalized or apostille stamped.
